The service is fantastic, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The location may benefit from some improvements but still offers unique spots for relaxation. The dining experience is outstanding, highlighted by high tea and evening cocktails accompanied by live music. The facilities are top-notch, catering to various needs and preferences.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are large, well-equipped, and spotless with very comfortable beds and nice linens. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The location is surrounded by breath-taking scenery, perfect for those with a car to explore Muscat. The dining experience is excellent with very generous options. Overall, a great choice for your stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

My stay was truly amazing! The room was outstanding, with a complimentary usage of the fridge bar and it was incredibly comfortable. The large and spotless room featured a very cozy bed with nice linens. The service was top-notch, especially the friendly and efficient Kenyan guy at the beach and pool, as well as Mohsin at the Shaharazad restaurant. Although the dining experience was mostly excellent, there is room for improvement in terms of variety. The location, nestled in the mountainous terrain by a beautiful bay surrounded by interesting rock formations, was simply incredible.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although only offering a side view, were spacious and very comfortable. However, the lack of a direct sea view was a downside. The service provided by Dickson, Morgan, Amanya, Jassim, Dawood, and all the attentive staff during aperitif hour was exceptional. The small touches like complimentary chilled water and fruit juice in freezer boxes added to the experience. The location, though beautiful in a hilly environment, was a bit secluded from Muscat center, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway but challenging for walking to nearby places. The dining experience, with excellent meats and seafood, was enjoyable, but the absence of service during breakfast was disappointing. The facilities overall met expectations, providing a comfortable stay.
